We’re excited to be hosting our friends from The Kinneuchar Inn for a one-night collaborative feast celebrating the first of our 2025 lambs to reach the table. While lamb is often thought of as a spring dish, on our farm the natural breeding cycle and the slower-growing nature of our native flock mean the lambs are only ready come autumn. This feast marks that moment - the first of the season, raised slowly and carefully here on the farm.
The menu has been co-created by our own Head Chef, Craig Turner (The Free Company) and James Ferguson (Head Chef at The Kinneuchar Inn). Together they’ll be cooking over fire, celebrating the best of autumn on the farm, with Scottish produce at its heart and a few Kinneuchar Inn classics along the way.
The evening begins with cocktails and snacks cooked over the coals in the courtyard, before moving into the dining room for a three-course feast.

Tickets are £60 per head for the above set menu. Drinks will be available to purchase separately on the night.
We’re happy to accommodate all dietary requirements — just let us know when booking so we can prepare.

We operate a licensed bar that accepts both card and cash payments. Our carefully curated menu is designed to complement our food perfectly, featuring natural and organic wines, local beers, seasonal cocktails, and house-made soft drinks.
Please note that BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) is not permitted.

Our bar opens for drinks at 18:30. We kindly ask that you arrive by 19:00 so we can seat everyone promptly.
Dinner service typically concludes around 22:30, but you are welcome to stay for a drink or two afterward.

We are located just outside Balerno, with easy access from the City of Edinburgh. Click here to view our location on Google Maps.
TAXIS & UBER
Please note that while you may be able to get an Uber here, they do not operate pickups this far out. We have a great relationship with Edinburgh City Cabs and recommend using their services instead. You can pre-book online, via their app, or by phone.
BUS & SHUTTLE SERVICE
We will be running our shuttle service for the Kinneuchar inn collaboration. The number 44 Lothian Bus to Balerno is your best option from the centre of Edinburgh (route map here—select 44 from the dropdown on the left).
We offer a free Land Rover shuttle service to and from the Crosswood Crescent bus stop, bringing you to the farm and back at the end of the evening. The first pickup from Crosswood Crescent is around 18:45, and we aim to have all guests at the venue by 19:30.
If you’d like to use the shuttle, please let us know in advance so we don’t leave you waiting at the bus stop!

Tickets are priced at £60 per person. Due to the limited nature of this events, tickets are non-refundable if cancelled or in the case of no-show within 7 days of the event.

Unfortunately, our gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase event tickets. They can, however, be redeemed on the night towards drinks, or at any time in our restaurant for our à la carte service.
